Welcome to Reshanti (“we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online platform (“Platform”), which connects yoga teachers (“Teachers”) and yoga students (“Students”) for live, online yoga sessions.

By registering for an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

•You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

•By using our Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

 

•Reshanti provides an online platform for booking and hosting live, video-based yoga sessions.

•We do not offer in-person sessions.

•We act only as an intermediary between Teachers and Students; we do not employ Teachers and are not responsible for their conduct, skill, or session content.

 

•To create an account, Students must provide their full name and email address.

•Teachers must provide full name, email address, and bank account details for payment processing.

•Teachers may upload an introductory profile video and a profile photo as part of their profile.

•By default, Teachers grant Reshanti permission to use their introductory profile video and/or profile photo for marketing purposes, including on our social media channels.

•Teachers can opt out of this usage by unchecking the relevant consent box during signup or by updating their account settings at any time.

•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

•Students can book:

• Casual Plan: One-time sessions

• Commitment Plan: Recurring sessions

•Session length is 50 minutes.

•Bookings are subject to Teacher availability.

 

•Students can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The amount related to that session will be refunded.

•Teachers can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The students will be notified and the amount related to that session will be refunded to the Student.

•If a Student cancels a lessons less than 24 hours before scheduled start time of the session, that session will not be refunded.

•If a Teacher cancels a session less than 24 hours before scheduled start time of the session, Students will receive a full refund.

 

•Prices are shown in the currency relevant to your location.

•Accepted payment methods: PayPal and credit cards.

•Students are not charged a service fee.

•Teachers agree to a commission deducted from their earnings, as disclosed during registration.

•We do not charge VAT.

 

•We review Teacher credentials but do not guarantee their authenticity.

•Teachers are independent users, not employees, agents, or representatives of Reshanti.

 

You agree not to:

•Post or transmit offensive, unlawful, or discriminatory content

•Harass or threaten other users

•Promote products/services unrelated to Reshanti without prior approval

•Upload videos or photos that you do not have the rights to use

•Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security

 

•Health Disclaimer: Yoga involves physical activity. You acknowledge and accept all risks, and we are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation.

•Service Disclaimer: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for technical issues, including internet outages or device malfunctions.

 

•Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

•By using our Platform, you consent to the handling of your data as outlined in that policy.

 

•We encourage disputes to be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.

•If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

 

•We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or site notification when changes occur.
