Hi! I'm María, a certified psychologist and yoga teacher from Spain. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance) and a 50-hour Rocket Yoga certification. Before yoga, I was an artistic gymnast for over 12 years, which gave me a strong foundation in strength, balance and body awareness. My background in psychology allows me to create classes that support both physical and mental well-being. Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, learn arm balances or simply enjoy moving your body, I'll adapt every class to your needs and goals.
