Hello everyone. I started my Yoga journey back in 2018 and in the beginning practiced all styles of Yoga and it wasn't that long before discovering Ashtanga and dedicating myself to it fully. So it's been almost 8 years for me now and the moment I saw the power of this practice to transform anything in its highest potential, I knew I had to give it further and wanted as many people as possible to experience this and the reality it opens for you. I myself practice Ashtanga 6/week and have been teaching in-person in my hometown Varna, Bulgaria, for the past 4 years now. Since I am incredibly on-the-go person, I would like to be able to share this practice with people from around the world, and I truly believe I have something extraordinary in my way of going about the practice, too. 1:1 would be ideal since I can fully concentrate on your personal journey and guide you to achieve the most.
