Hi, welcome! I’m Charlotte, and yoga and meditation truly changed my life. I discovered yoga at seventeen through Ashtanga Yoga during a volunteer camp. Inspired, I began practicing intensely, believing progress meant pushing beyond limits. Eventually, I realized yoga is not about force, but about listening to your body with compassion. During my student years, I was diagnosed with a muscle and nerve disorder, which completely changed my approach to yoga. I slowly returned to practice through Yin Yoga, later exploring Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Since then, I’ve completed several trainings in yoga, meditation, and anatomy, and now teach in Belgium in both yoga studios and physiotherapy practices. For me, yoga is about creating a safe, loving relationship with yourself and integrating mindfulness into daily life. It would be an honour to share this journey with you.
