I’m Valeria, a certified RYT-200 Yoga Teacher with international experience in Barcelona and Italy. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Flow and Yin, combining mindful breathing, fluid movement and relaxation. Inspired by my passion for dance and creative movement, I create welcoming, personalised classes for all levels, helping students reconnect with their bodies, build strength and find balance. I teach in Italian, English and Spanish, both in person and online.
