Namaste! I’m a RYT 500 yoga teacher and sound healer with more than a decade of experience guiding students on and off the mat. My teaching focuses on strong Vinyasa practices that build heat, strength, and focus, combined with Kundalini-inspired sound healing meditation that uses mantra, vibration, and stillness for deep release and energetic balance. Originally from Nepal, I bring the richness of traditional yogic roots into every class. I currently serve as a yoga instructor and sound healer at Ohio University Athens and am based in Ohio, USA where I love sharing these practices with students of all levels.
