My goal is to help you move with more strength, awareness, and ease while building a kinder, more connected relationship with your body. I’m a certified Yoga teacher (200-hour Yoga Alliance) and Pilates instructor with a background in swimming. Movement has always been a big part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their bodies. I’ve been teaching Yoga for the past three years, specializing in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Sculpt, and Hatha. For the last two years, I’ve also been teaching Pilates, with a focus on core strength, body awareness, and controlled movement. My approach is holistic and personalized. Each session is designed around your needs and goals. My sessions are suitable for beginners, athletes, and anyone looking to improve mobility, build core strength, and feel more confident in their body. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
