My name is Sandeep Nautiyal, and I am a yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India. I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga and have been teaching yoga science for over eight years. With a background in sports, I was initially drawn to the physical aspects of yoga. However, when I began my journey, I was dealing with stiffness and a few significant injuries. Through consistent practice, yoga transformed my understanding। This experience shaped my teaching approach. Today, I focus on integrating anatomical awareness into traditional yoga practices। Currently, I teach at yoga schools in Rishikesh, where I train aspiring teachers in yoga science, alignment, and anatomy. Over the years, I have guided nearly 600 students on their journey to becoming yoga teachers. My intention is to help students not only improve physically, but also develop awareness, balance, and a deeper connection within through the practice of yoga.
