I completed my 200-hour YTT in Bali and thereafter registered with Yoga Alliance. Since then, I have started a Yoga Group known as Move with Meaning, where I host occasional yoga classes and all proceeds/donations go to a chosen charity in South Africa. This is where we move, breathe, and flow, not just for ourselves but for something bigger. My classes welcome all levels. I’ve been feeling quite stressed lately, and this was exactly the kind of class I needed. It was nice to just follow Talya’s guidance and not have to think about anything for an hour. The class had a good mix of movement and relaxation, and I felt great afterwards. I also slept really well that night.
